Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for presenting vacation ownership products and club membership benefits to prospective Members and Guests. This role includes conducting needs-based consultations, delivering engaging sales presentations, and guiding prospects through the ownership and membership options that best fit their vacation lifestyle. The Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing, while adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include collaborating with the sales team, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and participating in training to stay current on product offerings and industry trends. The role requires a strong focus on customer experience, ethical selling practices, and achieving individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close transactions in a hospitality or related environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities, focused on understanding guest needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the capacity to explain complex products clearly and confidently.
