Role Description The Sales Executive (Vacation Ownership) is a full-time, on-site role located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This position is responsible for presenting vacation ownership offerings to prospective Members, conducting high-quality sales presentations, and guiding guests through the ownership discovery and purchase process. The Sales Executive will engage with guests in person, build rapport, identify vacation and lifestyle needs, and tailor solutions that align with Hilton Grand Vacations’ products and membership programs. Day-to-day activities include following up with leads, managing a personal sales pipeline, accurately documenting all interactions, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team sales goals while upholding brand standards and compliance requirements. The role also involves maintaining deep product knowledge, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive, guest-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, build trust, and handle objections in a professional manner.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to understand guest needs, provide tailored solutions, and create memorable experiences.
