Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met.Â
Train, coach, and support team members while maintaining compliance with company policies.Â
Achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals through effective forecasting, budgeting, and labor control.Â
Assist with resolving guest concerns and addressing staffing, inventory, and supply challenges.Â
Support the GM with capital projects and operational improvement planning.Â
Coordinate with other departments, including the Front Desk, to align staffing and inventory needs with occupancy.Â
Ensure accurate shift closings, checklists, and daily procedures are completed.Â
Contribute to menu development and F&B marketing initiatives.Â
Manage retail gift shop operations, including purchasing, merchandising, scheduling, and inventory.Â
Perform other related duties as assigned.

2–5 years of direct Food & Beverage experienceÂ
2–5 years of management or supervisory experienceÂ
High School Diploma or GEDÂ
Ability to work in environments with moderate noise, outdoor conditions, heights, chemicals, and extreme heat/coldÂ
Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, reaching, and use of hands/fingersÂ
First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)Â
TB Clearance (per local requirements)
Ability to acquire State of Hawaii Liquor Commission Card (Blue)

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Â
Previous hotel, resort, or timeshare F&B experienceÂ
Culinary or kitchen management experienceÂ
Experience working in a union environment or managing staff under a collective bargaining agreement (CBA)Â
BA/BS degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
