Located on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, our 1228-room resort boasts of large multi-bedroom suites and a spectacular design!
What will I be doing?
Deli Attendant will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the pool area.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside area for special events or daily operations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Process credit/debit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Provide information about resort amenities and services to guests.
- Always uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
What are we looking for?
- 6 months of previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort outdoor setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation methods.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Food Safety and TAM certified
