What will I be doing?

Deli Attendant will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the pool area.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside area for special events or daily operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Process credit/debit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide information about resort amenities and services to guests.
• Always uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and professionalism.

What are we looking for?

• 6 months of previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort outdoor setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation methods.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Food Safety and TAM certified
