As a Bellperson you would be responsible for: Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries. Monitors front entrance of property and guest's arrivals. Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards. Assists in covering the gate when needed. Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area. Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
