What will I be doing?
As a Pre Arrival Marketing Agent, you would be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provides Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations as well as event participation.
- Provides general concierge services for all members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities prior to guest arrival.
- Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.
- Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
- Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations.
- Maintains the minimum standard for penetration, bounce back sales, show percent, and budgeted volume per month based on guest segment.
Types of Candidates We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service and/or sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Be highly driven and a self-starter.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
