Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh is expanding their front desk team and seeking a qualified applicant for the role of Front Desk Supervisor / Manager On Duty.
- Guest Focus
- Be visible, approachable, and available to all guests
Operations
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times to minimize worker’s comp claims
- Ensure all areas of the property meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be actively involved in daily operations to maintain the culture of service
- Ensure all training certifications are maintained for all team members
Staff Interaction
- Develop depth on team through cross-training when possible
- Participate in MOD program and ensure procedures are followed
Hours/Schedule
- Be available for peak times / shifts. This position requires open available for all shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
