Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and toiletries.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks as needed, such as cleaning carpets and upholstery.
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
- Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the hotel's maintenance team.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
