What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver top-notch hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Serve trays and prepare food items with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized station and surrounding areas.
- Greet guests with a friendly smile, assist with seating, and ensure their comfort.
- Answer questions, take orders, convey special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Circulate the room with trays of appetizers and beverages, engaging with guests.
- Assist with event preparation, setup, and closing, including arranging tables, tablecloths, place settings, and buffets.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
