Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning routines, including floor care, surface sanitation, and trash removal across hotel premises
- Coordinate and oversee janitorial staff to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks aligned with hotel standards
- Implement and monitor cleaning protocols for different areas such as guest rooms, lobbies, conference rooms, and public spaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to address maintenance issues, safety concerns, or special cleaning requests
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement

Skills
- Proven experience in houseman work within hospitality or hotel environments
