Laundry Attendant - Hilton Garden Inn

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Laundry Attendant who takes pride in creating a clean, inviting environment for our Members and guests. Position:  Laundry Attendant

Compensation: $14.00/hr, Part-time 

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Wash and dry linens, towels, and other items from guest rooms, the kitchen, and banquet events
• Load machines properly and avoid overloading to ensure the best cleaning results
• Keep the laundry and housekeeping areas clean, organized, and safe
• Sweep floors and empty trash bins daily
• Clean and restock public areas, including the lobby, guest restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and elevators
• Assist Room Attendants by collecting soiled linens from guest rooms
• Support the Banquet team by preparing clean linens for upcoming events
• Stock linen closets and help with inventory counts
• Communicate regularly with the Housekeeping Supervisor about priorities and updates
• Clean lint traps and maintain laundry room safety standards
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, ready for your scheduled shift

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and solid timemanagement skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical activity (standing, lifting up to 30 lbs., bending, etc.)
• No formal education required
