Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team in Kalispell, MT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all public areas to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Ensure all public spaces are free of debris, spills, and hazards.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products in public restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down public event spaces as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

This position requires working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
