Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Freestone Restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
