Freestone Restaurant is seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Host to join our team in Kalispell, MT. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth seating process. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or in customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
