Part Time Housekeeper

The Hilton Garden Inn of Findlay is seeking Part-time Housekeepers. We are looking for thorough housekeepers with excellent cleanliness standards. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our hotel rooms cleaned and orderly condition.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Clean and service assigned rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/rubbish, and all living space of guest rooms
• Wear safety protection equipment as provided
• Handle and store chemicals in line with requirements
• Greet and acknowledge in-house guests
• Report any room unable to be serviced to supervisor according to established procedures
• Report to supervisor/maintenance needed repairs or unsafe conditions
• Follow established safety procedures at all times. Immediately report any suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
• Turn in all lost and found items according to established procedures
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
• May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects
• May assist with other duties as assigned

Weekends and holidays are required.

Hours range from:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Saturday and Sunday 9am - 5pm
