FT Front Desk Agent - B shift (3pm - 11pm)
Hilton Garden Inn located in Eagle, Idaho is hiring for the position of Front Desk/Guest Service Agent starting at $17/hour. This will be a morning shift(A-Shift) including weekends.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, assisting guests with hotel related questions, driving the hotel shuttle, making guest deliveries, among other duties.
As with all our positions at the hotel, we are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills that takes pride in ensuring our guests have an outstanding stay at our property. Good decision-making skills, the ability to resolve conflict and someone who works well in a team environment are also key. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, as necessary.
