Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, contributing significantly to our guests' overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Make beds as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
