The Line Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to recipes, and plating dishes in a restaurant setting while working a designated station such as grill, sauté, or fry. This role ensures food quality standards are met, follows health and safety guidelines, maintains a clean and organized workstation, and works efficiently during service periods.
We are currently seeking two (2) part-time Line Cooks—one AM shift and one PM shift—to join our team. Candidates must be able to handle both prep and cooking duties and be willing to learn all kitchen stations. Prior restaurant and à la carte experience is required, and experience with banquets and event execution is a plus.
Compensation: $18 Hourly
