What are the responsibilities and job description for the Club Lounge Supervisor position at Hilton Charlotte University Place?
We are looking for a professional Club Lounge Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing operations for The Club at Hilton and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan, and manage all food and beverage orders, staff, and property assets. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, weekends, and holidays in accordance with business demands.
