Hilton Atlanta and Towers is searching for a talented Banquet Houseperson Supervisor to help lead the team! This is a 1,249-room property with 131,730 sq. ft. in banquet space! In this role, you will assist in overseeing banquet operations. This position will report to the Director of Banquets!
The ideal candidate will be an engaging, hands-on leader with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and positive team culture. Prior banquet leadership experience, preferably within a large or big-box hotel setting, is desired. The role requires 2–3 years of banquet set-up experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead a diverse team of four Banquet Housemen, along with leased labor. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
Shift Pattern: Full-time position requiring open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role will primarily support evening operations and must be flexible to provide overnight coverage when needed.

As a Banquet Houseperson Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of all banquet functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervise and assist Housepersons with set up to ensure compliance with event specifications and with clean up and break-down after events
- Assist Housepersons with and oversee a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- Assist with planning, organization and execution of all banquet functions
- Greet clients and guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Participate in and lead department meetings, as needed
