What You'll Do
- Participate as a team member in a collaborative environment within a diverse workforce
- Respond to vendor requests for trade information
- Review Dun & Bradstreet as part of the approval process the determine credit worthiness
- Verify credit application information with customer and set up credit accounts
- Actively contribute to completion of team goals and assigned tasks
- Clearly communicate information, ideas, or instructions verbally or in writing
- Additional duties, as needed
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience, required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Ability to handle large volume of work and multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to self-manage
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferred
- SAP experience, preferred
- Microsoft Office, preferred
- Bilingual, preferred
