What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory while helping keep the warehouse organized and clean.
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.
- Use basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience with pick, pack, and ship processes is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
