Floor Finishing Lead
Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Floor Finishing Lead for our Sales team in St. Joseph, MO.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
- Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing.
- Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas.
- Support abrasion process under supervision.
- Apply finish coatings as directed.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Oversee daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Train and mentor new or junior crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in gym floor finishing or related field with a solid understanding of the refinishing process.
- Must be able to travel to other locations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Time Management skills.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of Safety Procedures
- Communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
