Production Associate – Soap Manufacturing
Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our Soap Manufacturing team in St. Joseph, MO.

FDA-regulated manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production and filling equipment.
- Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Package, label, and inspect finished products.
- Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work history.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
- FDA-regulated manufacturing or GMP experience is a plus, but not required.
