Weekend RN Supervisor
Full-time Position
Saturday and Sunday, 6:00A-6:00P plus one 8-hour shift during the week
Registered Nurses can now apply for the position of Weekend Supervisor at Rehab Select in Hillview Terrace. Team management abilities and a problem-solving mindset are necessary for this role. As the Weekend Supervisor, it will be your role to make sure the nursing department at the facility runs well and to supervise the nursing staff when they are on duty. The ideal applicant has prior leadership experience and is informed about nursing protocols.
- RN in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Alabama
- Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred but not required
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and other personnel
- CPR certified
- A minimum of 1-year experience in long-term care
