Hillview Senior Living and Rehabilitation is a medium-sized skilled nursing facility specializing in long-term geriatric care. Located in Vienna, Illinois, we provide a supportive and close-knit environment where CNAs have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

As summer brings new opportunities, we are currently seeking dependable and caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Day Shift team.

Schedule

• Full-Time Day Shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Full-Time Evening Shift 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Full-Time Night Shift 10:00PM - 6:00AM

Compensation

CNA wages based on experience:

• Less than 2 years: $17.00/hour
• 2 years: $18.00/hour
• 3 years: $19.00/hour
• 4 years: $20.00/hour
• 5 years: $21.00/hour

What You’ll Do

As a CNA at Hillview, you will play an essential role in supporting residents with dignity and compassion by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare
• Collaborating with nurses and fellow team members
• Helping create a positive experience for residents and families every day

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused mindset
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality care
