Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
- Answer questions regarding vehicle specifications, financing options, warranties, and dealership services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Follow up with prospective and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (1 year minimum)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
