What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller -Mountain Plaza Office position at HILLTOP NATIONAL BANK?
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotation basis
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve clients by accurately handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payment transactions
- Deposit and cash checks
- Process payments for lock box clients
- Cross-sell bank services
- Demonstrate sound risk management practices, including awareness of fraud prevention and robbery guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to produce accurate work, even when under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance & punctuality
- Banking experience preferred but not required
