Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of residential apartments and common areas. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and welcoming, contributing to a comfortable environment for residents or guests.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe.
- Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is essential.
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of sanitation standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing.
