Job Description

Honor Bar in Montecito is currently seeking Greeter candidates to join our successful team. Energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style are important.

  • Comprehensive training program, no experience required.
  • Compensation ranges on average from $30-$45 an hour. Compensation is made up of minimum hourly rate ($15.50) plus an additional $20-$35 on average per hour from a tipshare. 
  • Medical/dental benefits are available after an introductory period.
  • Part-time and full-time positions available (3 day minimum, 6 hour shift commitment). Some weekend availability is required.  
  • Great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.
