Florida Agency Network is hiring Real Estate Title Insurance Processors.
The Florida Agency Network (FAN) is a network of independent real estate title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. Florida Agency Network’s proud members include: Hillsborough Title, Tampa Bay Title, Paramount Title, Gator Title, Strategic Title, Total Title Solutions, and International Title Partners.
Qualified candidates will:
- Process files working on a team with a Closer
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
- Provide consistent communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions
- Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, and others
- Prepare prelim CDs, Settlement Statements and other settlement documents
- Work with the Closer before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claims
Skills needed:
- 1-3 years’ experience in title insurance, processing and closing procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably SoftPro
- Positive and problem-solving attitude
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Team player
- Florida Notary Preferred
Salary : $17 - $22
