Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, role based in Florida. This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting outreach by phone, email, and in-person visits, and presenting Fortis Title and Escrow’s services to potential and existing clients. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with current partners, attending local networking events and industry functions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless closing experience. The specialist will track activity, assess market trends, and provide feedback to help shape business development strategies and sales goals.

- Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize outreach efforts.
