What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Associate position at Hills Machinery - RJV Equipment?
Parts counter sales person for Ditch Witch Equipment.
- Individual will be responsible for the receiving, shipping, and billing of parts
- Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing
- Receive and manager high volume of customer parts calls and walk ins.
- Assist customers in locating parts, parts quoting, parts ordering, and parts invoicing
- Maintain clean work area and warehouse
- Ability to operate fork lift to unload incoming shipments and load outgoing customer orders
- Outstanding Customer service skills required
- Organizational and computer skills required using OEM specific software to assist customers with parts needs.
- Receive incoming ordered parts and verify PO against packing slip for accuracy
- Enter receiving and inventory information into the system

- Some areas of the workplace may be hazardous and/or dirty; proper safety protective gear should be worn as needed
- The employee will occasionally need to lift or move products, up to 50 pounds.
- Reports to: Product Support Manager
Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

40 hours PTO upon hire
