Position: Full-Time Automotive Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $30/hour (hourly or flat rate)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance services
- Use modern diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately
- Document all work clearly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with advisors, technicians, and management
- Follow Ford and dealership repair standards
What You Bring
- 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with scan tools and modern vehicle systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle physical shop duties
Bonus: ASE certifications, Ford OEM/Factory experience, CDK knowledge, hybrid/EV experience, digital inspections, strong communication skills
