Position: Full-Time Automotive Technician
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $30/hour (hourly or flat rate)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Perform routine and advanced maintenance services
• Use modern diagnostic tools to identify problems accurately
• Document all work clearly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with advisors, technicians, and management
• Follow Ford and dealership repair standards

What You Bring

• 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with scan tools and modern vehicle systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle physical shop duties

Bonus: ASE certifications, Ford OEM/Factory experience, CDK knowledge, hybrid/EV experience, digital inspections, strong communication skills
