Position - Full Time, Salary
Reports to: HR Director
Travel Requirements: Occasional Travel - 1 to 2 days a month for job fairs and extension location recruiting activity.
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:
- High Volume Recruiting for rapidly growing business.
- Proactively partner with key leaders to ensure we are executing all phases of the recruiting and selection process to bring in key players to ensure continued growth of the business.
- Identify improvement areas in interview process and partner with HR and Operations Leaders to provide process improvements.
- Perform against KPIs daily, weekly, monthly - Calls, inbound applications, farming for candidates in multiple platforms.
- Partner with Operations locations to ensure compliance in our recruiting processes.
- Partner with operations to ensure onboarding process is followed.
- Back up for HR Director in Payroll Activities
- Learn to process payroll change forms
Office hours M-F with some flexibility as needed.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or related field highly preferred.
- At least two years of recruiting experience, preference for high volume recruiting or agency recruiting.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
