Hillcroft Services is seeking a Residential Site Manager to lead daily operations in a Continuous Supports residential setting serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals to access the community to lead a fully integrated and independent life
- Support individuals with essential life skills in the home such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
- Promote a healthy lifestyle incorporating recreational activities and social gatherings
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support DSP staff
- Oversee daily residential operations and ensure compliance with PCISPs, Medicaid, and agency standards
- Review documentation, medication records, and staff timesheets
- Coordinate staffing coverage, appointments, transportation, and household needs
- Facilitate life skills, academic, and community‑based supports
- Conduct emergency drills, staff meetings, and performance reviews
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with individuals with ID/DD (paid or volunteer)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks and required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration)
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with transfers
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
