This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys planning and executing events, and has a passion for marketing and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and edit marketing materials including annual reports, brochures, newsletters, and presentations.Manage social media platforms and maintain agency websites.Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide periodic reporting to support ongoing marketing and fundraising efforts.Represent Hillcroft at community and marketing events.Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of special events such as Thanksgiving Luncheon, Golf Scramble, Vendor Market, and other assigned eventsAttend events to collect stories and photos for marketing and social media.Deliver advocacy training and assess outcomes for future outreach efforts Write and edit content for press releases and promotional materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field OR 5 years of documented experience in marketing (required).Minimum 2 years in marketing or related field (preferred).Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends for events.Ability to pass background checks and maintain required certifications.Why Join Us?Make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
