- The HMC Security Monitor Tech is an integral part of HMC Security Department.
- They are responsible for the day to day operations of the security monitor room.
- The security monitor is often the first and sometimes only security staff member a customer may encounter.
- This being so, this position is of paramount importance in meeting customer satisfaction.
