Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Lead Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our dedicated team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion. This role is ideal for an experienced CMA who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others, and providing exceptional care to residents in an assisted living or memory care environment.
As a Lead CMA, you’ll deliver high-quality resident care while supporting, training, and guiding PCA team members. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring consistent staffing through participation in the on-call rotation.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

Administer medications in accordance with regulations, the five rights, and resident preferences

Assist residents with activities of daily living based on individualized plans of care
-
Obtain vital signs, including weights, and complete monthly summaries as scheduled or ordered

Lead, coach, and mentor PCA team members in medication administration and resident care
-
Support onboarding and training of new PCAs

Participate in a monthly on-call staffing rotation to ensure resident needs are always met
What We’re Looking For

Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (required)

At least one year of experience as a Medication Aide (preferred)

Experience providing personal care to older adults in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

A team-focused leader with strong communication and mentoring skills
