We are offering the chance for select candidates with a strong interest in inspiring people to live their best lives to earn your CNA certification for free.
This program requires at least a one-year employment commitment working full-time or part-time at one of Hillcrest’s skilled nursing facilities after completion of the CNA certification.
What should I have to be considered for this program?
• A clear background screen.
• Must be comfortable with providing personal cares that come with being a CNA.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassion and dedication to care for others.
The CNA certification is completed through our partner, Quality Career Pathways. They offer different class options such as traditional (100% in person) and hybrid (44 hours of online coursework; 32 hours of in person) with a Monday through Thursday schedule or two weekends back-to-back with evening classes on occasion.
