What You’ll Do:

Provide overall leadership and direction for nursing services across the community

Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all state and federal regulations

Lead, coach, and develop a team of nurses and clinical leaders

Partner with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction

Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations

Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence
What You’ll Bring:

Active RN license in Nebraska (required)

Previous leadership experience in long-term care or senior living (DON or ADON preferred)

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes

Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and build strong relationships
