Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our non-medical in home companion service, Hillcrest Caring Companions, in Bellevue, NE.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with rotating on call.

- Manage clients’ available hours/authorization to utilize all of the approved hours.
- Directly communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers.
- Ensure notations in WellSky are current.
- Provide oversight to daily clock in/out signatures, other EVVS requirements.
- Monitor team member overtime, keep to well under 10% of monthly service hours.
- Record shift bonuses, attendance issues as directed.
- At least 2 years of scheduling experience in an in-home environment
- Caregiver experience preferred
