  • Identify residents who may benefit from additional medical or therapy services.
  • Maintain a strong focus on resident safety, infection control, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, compassionate, organized, and committed to helping aging adults maintain or regain independence.

The right candidate will bring sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a team-first approach to resident care.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.

Education & Credentials
