Pay & Schedule
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.63 per hour (based on experience and education)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll be a key player in the team member lifecycle:
- Maintain and organize team member files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage team member data in HRIS systems (Dayforce) including benefits and education records
- Assist team members with benefits enrollment, questions, COBRA, and billing
- Support offboarding processes
- Support FMLA and leave of absence processes
- Assist with worker’s compensation and unemployment claims
- Prepare and distribute monthly HR and operations reports
- Continuously improve processes and documentation within the department
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, benefits, ADA required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using HR systems and technology efficiently
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
