Part Time Receptionist
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a part time evening and weekend Receptionist to join the administrative team at Hillcrest Millard!
The Receptionist is responsible to greet customers, appropriately and effectively manage incoming phone calls, answer questions, provide internal directions and support the Bistro as needed.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm-8:00pm. Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-1:00pm.
Pay: $15.50-18.99 per hour based upon experience and education.

- Provides clerical support on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for tracking, ordering and distribution of all office supplies. Maintains a list of needed supplies which will be purchased weekly to ensure sufficient supply levels.
- Responsible for ensuring that the copiers and other office equipment receive regular and unexpected maintenance in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post high school clerical training preferred.
- At least one year of experience in administrative business office functions including software usage, clerical support duties, and business office equipment use.
Salary : $16 - $19
