What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all operations of Hillcrest Health & Rehab to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Partner closely with clinical, operations, and support teams to deliver outstanding resident care and satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture that aligns with Hillcrest’s mission and values
- Current Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) required
- Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
- Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
