Highpoint - Residential Adolescent Boys Program (Lenox, MA);
ASD Program at the Hillcrest Center - Residential treatment services for children and adolescents at all levels of the Autism spectrum (Lenox. MA);
Brookside ITU - Girls' Residential Program (Great Barrington, MA)
Choose Your Schedule! Part-time or Full-time
Academic Shift - Monday through Friday; Day time;
Residential Shift - Wednesday through Saturday OR Sunday through Wednesday, 4 days on / 3 days off ; after school hours;
Overnight Shift - 4 nights on / 3 nights off;
Residential Weekend Warrior - Saturday & Sunday, Full-time position;
On-Call Youth Development Professional - Part-time position; Create your own schedule;
Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr (based on the highest level of education and applicable experience) Shift Differentails ( additional $0.50/hr, $0.82/hr, $2.50/hr or $2.75/hr)
What will you be doing?

Responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and well-being of all students in your assigned area.

Supporting students in acquiring coping skills by guiding them to make thoughtful choices and understand the impact of their decisions.

Participating as a member of the Treatment Team to help ensure consistent care and support.
