Duties
- Maintain and improve the condition of greens, fairways, tees, and roughs through regular mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with irrigation system management by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure optimal watering schedules.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth.
- Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks like edging beds or planting new vegetation to enhance course aesthetics.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify pests or disease issues and implement appropriate horticultural treatments.
- Support general landscaping efforts by maintaining pathways, bunkers, water hazards, and surrounding areas to uphold course standards.
Skills
- Experience with lawn care techniques such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.
