Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties like giving change and processing payments securely
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at the bar or in designated areas during events like banquets or catering functions
• Monitor guest behavior for safety purposes while creating a lively yet responsible environment typical of nightclubs or fine dining venues
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and sales tracking
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales reconciliation
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus for special event support
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage preparation can enhance your contribution to our team
